Warranty, Replacement, and Returns
Replacement and Returns:
If you wish to return or exchange the product:
· Contact our customer service number on WhatsApp at 0545280859.
· If you received a damaged or defective product from the first use of the product, please contact us directly within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt of the order via WhatsApp. We will bear the shipping costs and replace the device with another one without a return. If no defects are found in the product, the customer will bear the shipping costs and return the device in full.
· If a defect occurs within the specified warranty period after use, the device will be returned for inspection and maintenance for two weeks. If no solution is found, the damaged product will be replaced with a new one of the same type. If the product is unavailable, the customer will be compensated with another alternative product if the customer so desires, or they will be given a voucher for the same value as the product, which can be used at any time through our website. The replacement or repaired product will then be shipped, and the customer will bear the full shipping costs.
If the customer is not satisfied with the product, a replacement is possible within 7 days, and returns are permitted within 3 days of receiving the order, provided the product is in its original condition, the SIM card has not been activated with all its contents by the same company, and it has not been used, opened, or the outer packaging is damaged. The customer bears the shipping costs (round trip).
If a product arrives that is not what was ordered from the store and we made a mistake in preparing the order, we will bear all shipping costs and product replacement.
For products that require installation, installation is performed by engineers who have worked with many customers, without any liability to the store.
Warranty:
The warranty on all electronic devices is for two full years from the date of purchase. You must present the purchase invoice or provide us with the order number.
The warranty does not cover misuse, breakage, or gifts included with the product.
Note: The warranty and replacement do not include accessories and other non-electronic products.
Note: If you do not receive the shipment from the shipping or delivery company and it is returned to the sender, only the value of the product will be refunded, and the value of the shipping and delivery fees and any bank fees incurred on the order will be deducted.
